Thank you for taking the time to contact us about this. We've checked this location and everything is operating as designed. For a variety of reasons equipment manufacturers sometimes specify that their solar panels should not face due south all the time. The equipment has remote health monitoring so if any power issues do arise we will be notified of it quickly.
