Thank you for responding. I certainly understand the need to prioritize during this emergency pandemic. It is my understanding that there were no lay offs or furloughs for the city of Albany. If this is correct, I am wondering why a summons can't be given to this absentee landlord who consistently fails to care for her property? Also, having a city employee mow the lawn is a solo job with safe distance and would increase tax revenue as you charge the owner for the service.
If my information is wrong about lay offs, I certainly understand the potential delay in services.
We are all trying to combat city blight.
