I don't believe it's fair to be treated as such! Sergeant Claude Picard should be fired! Officer Michael Verbeana should also be terminated for his corruption!The whole internal affairs is a complete joke( Richmond VA) 200 West grace street!I was poisned by this officer! They give their informants drugs!He is a crooked cop and so is his partner!I can't receive medical treatment because of this man.The RPD department should be investigated for not investigating peoples complaints isn't this their job!
