An inspector has initiated a right of way case for the shrubs with a deadline of 10/11/13. Parks & Recreation was also advised to prune the trees that are obstructing the street light. The Streets Division has also bee contact regarding the clean-up along the roadway and curb area.

An inspector confirmed the violations cleared and the case has been closed.

I spoke to the inspector when visited the street, but so far nothing has been done, more trash are in the street, Parks & Recreation did not prune trees obstructing light and sidewalks, almost neglected street.

This problem still exist, nothing has been done about it, street is dirty, overgrown trees and bushes still waiting to be pruned.
