Reported Nov. 26: Code Enforcement supervisor Brian Passwater did an inspection of the property. He found a small collection of garbage, scrap wood and debris. There are some limbs in the alley and a vehicle parked in the yard, all of which are violations. The residents have been notified and have 10 days to comply. A building on the property, which sits on the ground rather than a concrete foundation, predates the current code and is allowed under the code from when it was constructed.
