Lake Boone Trail is a NCDOT road? That is strange. Where does the Raleigh part end and the NCDOT start? I guess Would it be illegal for me to drive down with my push broom and a box and sweep it up all the broken bottles and trash?

Ha! I had the same thought. This is what the city said about this issue: "This road is maintained by the North Carolina Department of Transportation. We have notified the District Engineer. NCDOT does not track See, Click, Fix inquiries. If you'd like to follow up on this issue with them, please contact Jason Holmes at (919) 733-4768 or via email at jholmes@ncdot.gov."

We will double check with Public Works on this one, additional information will be posted once we hear back from them.

We are very sorry this one fell through the cracks. All areas in NCDOT rights-of-way are NCDOT responsibility, even under the overpass. We often work with them to help keep these areas clean.
