Description

The traffic light at Atlantic Ave and Forest Oaks Dr stops traffic on Atlantic when there is no traffic coming from Forest Oaks Dr in the early morning (at least before 6am). This cycles back to green for Atlantic for about 20-30 seconds before going to red again for Atlantic and keeps repeating.
