This request has been updated with a work order that is scheduled to be completed by 2/18/2020. We will be sure to escalate if not resolved at that time. Thanks for the update, Amy!
Good morning, Amy. We have reached out to the Department of Parks and Recreation for an update on the removal of the tree and apologize for the delay in resolution. We will provide further information once received.
Hey! Now that we're on a stay at home order I kind of dropped following up on this issue but if yall are still working, it's now April 2 and this tree was supposed to come down in January. Any help? Thanks!
Good morning and we apologize for the delay in this being resolved, Amy. The Department of Parks and Recreation has been contacted again for an ETA. We were last notified that their forestry department has been inundated with fallen tree emergencies.
Good afternoon, Amy! We have not been provided an update yet, however, we just reached out to advise this has not been rectified and will be sure to pass along any information we are provided with.
