Description

The grass has yet to be cut this year. The weeds have yet to be pulled. Every year we have this issure with this neighbor. Even last year the city had to come put a notice on the neighbors door because of negligance of the lawn. Please help us encourage our neighbor to maintain a nice neighborhood. Thank You!
