Description

These people are blocking the alley with their smelly trash bins. Please have them store their barrels on their own property or in their garage. They should not get to use the entire public alley as an extension of their home. They are storing their trash more than 30' away from their house. It is a health hazard and a significant inconvenience for all of the neighbors.
