No, Woodlawn has not been paved and the ice/snow is just increasing the potholes. The street is a cut \/through from West End to 440 plus is a main thoroughfare to two large private schools so carries quite a bit of traffic. Hope it is high on the list when warmer weather appears.

No, there has been a patch or two done. There was a recent article in the paper about speeding on Woodlawn. Must be a lot of cars with wheels out of alignment since the street is so rough.
