  I have to agree about the light timing. It's backing up traffic to the Centre St. intersection and sometimes the off ramp from route 3.

  Photo is from 1PM on 7-10-13. Line of traffic backed up about 200-250 yards from red light. One car was exiting Lowes and none exiting T station at time photo was taken.

  Any word from the traffic engineer? I sincerely hope The traffic engineer cashes his paycheck with a ski mask on because he is robbing the citizens blind. Instead of "City if Presidents" it should be "Quincy: Where the traffic congestion will get your hybrid 10 mpg". Pathetic.

  Lucky nobody has been killed due the tie-up and people running light after waiting forever! I will be contacting the mayor- somebody needs to be fired over this fiasco!
