Description

Illegal dumping again on same location .EDES AVE CROSS ST MADDUX DR. Yesterday Environment Enforcement officer David Terrez was nearby and he inspected the garbage contents. Gathered evidence and dumper is a resident of Maddux dr.

It may be noted that earlier with Service Request ID: 897782, officer David also inspected garbage on same location on April 22 and gathered evidence. All evidences points to a particar house at Maddux dr. My neighbour also sent video to Ms Clea of City attorne's office. Hope we have provided sufficient and also OAK offficial has enough evidence to issue citation/warning to illegal dumper on same location for last 3 years.

I am requesting to remove garbages immediate as they are piled up on a Bus Stop as seen from the picture.
