Description

In the early morning (at least before 6am) the traffic light at Litchford Rd and Coxindale Dr stops traffic on Litchford Rd for a long time when there is no traffic from the Coxindale side street (and there usually is none) then turns green for Litchford for just a very short time then continues to do this.
