  Thank you for reporting the issue. Staff was on site yesterday to observe similar concerns with water on adjacent properties yesterday and also inspected the water concerns at 1622 as well. We concluded that the contractor who completed the work that finalized the pavement in front the curb did not adhere to details in their plans and as such will be required to come back in the spring and correct their defective work. We will reach out to you privately to discuss how the water issues can be mitigated until such time that the work is corrected.

  The curb is not only the issue - I have dealing with this for years - yes the curbs made it worse but the issue began when North Avenue was repaved and not grated down which has caused additional storm water runoff which is eroding our property.
