I submitted a notice on the South Windsor Dashboard (http://www.southwindsor.org/Pages/swindsorct_it/csrd/csrdashboard). They had a section of adjacent earth moved with a Bobcat to help remove puddling after storms. The town then escalated the problem to State of CT DOT where it waits consideration. This has been going on for two years. The intersection continues to be a hazard for cyclist, pedestrians, and cars. The crosswalk is also on the opposite side of the street from the pedestrian signal button. Can someone please fix this?

Rt 5 was repaved. Hole still exists on Chapel Rd.
