Description

Due to the Light Rail construction, University Avenue E, just past Regions hospital and the State Capitol has become extremely dangerous. Without warning or signage to alert drivers, drivers are suddenly faced with oncoming traffic in what was a two-way area of the street. There is bound to be a head-on collision here. Terrible design!
