Description

Property owner has drain from pool/yard directed to neighbor's yard, causing runoff. Neighbor has tried to contact by knocking several times when they are home but they don't answer the door. Yard posted with No Trespassing and Beware of Dog signs. This is not visible from the street, only from inside of 311 New Jersey Ave NE upstairs.
