Description

This signal at Myrtle/Turner is a "punishment" in the East/West direction, cars wait an extraordinary amount of time for this light to change and the sensors seem to not work. This has been for a long time. More people are using this route to avoid other traffic congested areas, but get stalled at this signal with some to none traffic in the N/S direction.
