Description

Prior to the last couple of weeks, this light would only trip when a car was waiting on 54th to turn onto Nicollet, or when a pedestrian hit one of the crossing buttons. As of late, it seems to be tripping at random, when no car is present, creating unnecessary red lights for Nicollet
