Description
"Keep Right Except to Pass" signs are needed along this dangerous area of the highway.
Drivers in the left lane up the hill on NY Route 7 drive excruciatingly slow along this stretch the entire way uphill.
They cause needless backups and road rage for drivers who want to go 65 MPH. They carelessly hold up everybody else.

It's the worst between 3PM and 7PM weekdays, and it's unacceptable. Almost every time I drive up this section of the highway, the right lane is going about 60 MPH, the center lane is going about 75 MPH, and the left lane is going 45MPH!!!
If you are going to go SLOW, drive in the RIGHT LANE!!
I even see tractor-trailer trucks, who are supposed to stay in the "TRUCK LANE" all the way to the right, hogging the left lane only going about 50 MPH in the left lane!
Why are drivers allowed to do this?!?! It is extremely inconsiderate and furthermore DANGEROUS, because then people start trying to pass on the RIGHT, which is ILLEGAL!!!!
These left-lane hoggers cause so many backups and should be ticketed!
DRIVE IN THE CORRECT LANE OR STAY OFF THE HIGHWAY!!!!!

It's been done before, near Los Angeles an 'artist' replaced a poorly designed freeway sign, with a much better one (large overhead sign), and it's still there today
