This is crumbling again. Is there a permanent fix to be done?

The restoration of work completed by the Albany Water Department has been completed. The issue you are referring to is restoration for work done for National Grid. Please direct any further inquiries to the Department of General Services.

First off, how dare you insinuate I don't know the difference between my issue I reported in 2018 and what National Grid has done to my street starting in fall 2019. Second, this has been going on long before National Grid came along for these repairs and it continues now. Finally, I look forward to taking a photo this afternoon of your "Completed Work" and letting everyone see how great it looks.

Thank you for being vigilant, DC. We have the same issue on Harris Ave. When I called last spring, DGS said the place that they get the real/permanent material for the roads was all out and they were using a temporary patch with promises that it would be properly repaired once the materials were available again. Sure enough, we have the same potholes already coming back.
