This issue is not a code enforcement related complaint. We did however make an evaluation of the circumstances as they exist today on upper North Street. Three of the 9 vehicles parked on that block were displaying guest passes. Those 3 vehicle’s plate numbers and associated guest pass numbers were reported by Code Enforcement to the Burlington Police Department Parking Unit today. They have been advised of the complaint and follow-up reports can be made directly to the Parking Unit at 658-2704 extension #3.
