Citizen called us in the Police Department PhotoSafe Office saying our traffic signal doesn't go to the flashing yellow. She said that she first noticed it yesterday. She left a voicemail for us, but no call back number. If someone could check the traffic signals at that intersection to determine if the flashing yellow is working correctly.
