Description

The pedestrian signal facing westbound pedestrians on the north leg of the intersection is malfunctioning. Instead of doing the full countdown, it just sticks on "5" for many seconds, before jumping to "0". Earlier today, it was stick on "16", even when displaying the "walk" signal.
