Description

Behind the Martinez Baseball fields and the large Football/Soccer field their are holding ponds and some kind of water, sludge that has a oily or gas film on top on the water is being pumped in. No signs posted if it is hazardous. People walk by ponds and also walk their dogs off leash in this open area. Dogs are used to playing in the rain water that fills the ponds in the winter, some kind of slimy water is being pumped in and no posting warning anyone if this is hazardous.
