Description

There are bushes next to the sidewalk that need to be trimmed back. The bushes/shrubs are located in a city park. Pedestrians on the sidewalk need to duck under the bushes or walk into the street. (Also, it always goes through my head that spiders could be hanging down from those overhanging bushes or made webs.)

I believe the bushes should be trimmed back entirely so there is no overhang. But if overhand is desired it should be trimmed significantly high.

This has been an issue for at least a couple years.
