Start, Stop, or Transfer Service- To transfer your NES electric service to a new address within our service area, call 615-736-6900. At the prompt, press 2.
Outages- Customers have 3 Easy ways to report an outage.
· Online Account Login- Visit our website from your mobile device to report a power outage through My Account. Customers without an online profile can register here at https://www.nespower.com.
· Text "OUT" from Mobile Device- Quickly report a power outage by texting "OUT" to 637797 (NESPWR).
· Call 615-234-0000- Call our automated reporting line, 615-234-0000. You will need the NES account number, meter number or phone number associated with your account for the system to recognize your outage.
Street lights- To report an issue with a streetlight, go to https://www.nespower.com/securitylight.aspx, complete the form below and click submit. Customer will receive an email confirmation of the form’s receipt.
AMI Meter Installation Deferral- NES does allow for a deferral of AMI, although there are costs associated. Any customers who are interested in that can call customer relations--(615) 736-6900.
