Description

Oakellar vacant lots 23 and 24 block 6 (between 3115 & 3127 W Oakellar Ave). These lots have had out of control growth and the property has been neglected for many years allowing snakes, possums, raccoons etc to live there and intrude on neighboring properties. There is a rusted chainlink fence around the property which is an eyesore to the neighborhood. There is also very old metal monkey bars hidden in the growth that children in the neighborhood play on. I fear that it will collapse on one of them eventually. Please enforce maintenance on this property before someone gets hurt.
