Description

The timing at the light across from new covenant Presbyterian Church recently changed such that when I trigger the light from campus access road it first cycles through Daytona ave and then campus access road. This happens even when no one is waiting on Daytona ave. This means Western Ave drivers wait about twice as long as a few months ago when the light on campus access road would work independently of Daytona ave.
