Description

We need some "state law yield to pedestrians in crosswalk" signs in the median. We could also use a middle flasher on the median at Emerson - let's discuss how to make this work.

I'm curious as to what separates New Haven from other towns in Connecticut where motorists acknowledge striped crosswalks. In general I believe ongoing enforcement of moving violations would help with this. Drivers need to learn the rules.
