This property has consistently been a target of graffiti for years. The owner was keeping up on it recently but has stopped. The taggers are having a real party.

Taggers came back last night and I watched them at work. Also called them into the OPD non-emergency line. My neighbor was good enough to get some photographs of their truck, which I watched them load all their tools into, hang out and snort a bunch of booze in, then drive off. The plate is a California plate. Ford F-150 supercab, probably a 2016. Pretty new.
And their work--this is pretty much the same patch of wall that I posted a photo above, a few weeks ago. Most of this work was done by this party last night. They were painting when I got home and painted another forty-five minutes after I called OPD, before they left.
New graffiti has been added. Now there is some trash starting to accumulate, too. My understanding is that the property is under new ownership. I hope the new owner addresses this soon.
Never cleaned up. Taggers come by periodically to add new graffiti and paint over old stuff. They paint with impunity, knowing that there will be no negative consequences for their actions. They are probably annoyed that no one is cleaning the wall so they can have fresh surfaces to paint on.
Part of it got painted over. It's nice that the part in front of my house is no longer screaming "DR SEX" at me in the morning. That said, the other half of the building--including everything facing 24th street--is still covered with graffiti. I'm leaving this open, as this problem has been only partially fixed.
