Description
I cannot understand how dumpster seems to 'move' 3 feet West every day of garbage pickup. At this rate, container will be in next doors back yard. Is the driver actually moving while doing pickup? This isn't just me, it's every container in alley, one of which is next to a power pole.

I live in the same nieghborhood and to answer your question, yes ive watched him do this abd he does this to our block as well, go a blick or twi down abd he tire up some asphalt and created 2 big potholes, along with seen him skip pickups as well.
Unless theres simething in his way hes going to drag your can and/or tear up your property
