Description

East bound W. Laburnum Ave., left turn lane.
The light is too short during rush hour.
Too many cars are building up & blocking the thru lane on Laburnum because too few cars are allowed to make it through the 10 second left turn light.
It has improved since mid summer, but it's not good enough.
Fix this issue and let Richmonders make it home in a timely manner.
