SO many people ignore/don't see the stoplight at 9th & Jackson. Just saw another vehicle run the light and nearly miss me. There was a pedestrian at the intersection too - the light doesn't really protrude over all the lanes so it seems easier to miss if you're not familiar. It's a very scary intersection to live near and I avoid it as a pedestrian if I can. It'd be great if the lights extended over the all the lanes or were bigger or brighter.
