Description

It seems that Park employees that collect trash from the New Haven Green do not pick up cardboard used by the homeless to sleep overnight. The attached image, clearly visible from Chapel Street shows the cardboard left from the night before with the additional trash generated from the soup kitchen that Trinity Church hold weekly behind their building. This is not an isolated event.
