Description
Recent downpours this summer have created rivers of water in front of popular restaurants near 142 Howe Street. This is not a new occurrence. Melting snow in the winter create waterways which flow along the curb for several hundred feet . The proprietors of these restaurants have complained to the city, now it is the customer’s turn. Step up New Haven, fix this thing.
