It is due to Homeless people spraying grafiti (A CRACKDOWN ON ALL HOMELESS PEOPLE IS NEEDED IN RALEIGH - ROUND THEM UP AND KICK THEM OUT OF RALEIGH !!!!!!!!!)

Lots of homeless Veterans in Wake County--most are good people who need much and ask for little. A clean sign will suffice.
