Description

Can someone from the City please explain why the two blocks of Lancaster St. between North Main and North Allen Street are the only blocks where cars are required to change sides of the street every day (except Friday and Saturday). The street is not cleaned that often, obviously, and there are many of us who don't drive to work, but are required to move our cars anyway, largely defeating the purpose of living in an urban, walkable area. The other blocks around us do not have this problem. Can the City change this?
