Description
This streetlight issue in our neighborhood is unacceptable! There are many street lights, that have been out going on two months now.
There are two lights on the edge of my property and they both are out. I expect and deserve a FULL CREDIT on my utility bill for June and July, since my payments provide me no benefit.
And simply closing this ticket without fixing the issue is unacceptable. I will continue to open new tickets until the issue is resolved.

We appreciate your patience while Xcel Energy and City Staff work to resolve the street light issue. Please see the responses to your concerns below:
Street Light Outage: Xcel Energy must fix an issue with the power relay that provides electricity to the street lights. They were contacted when this issue was reported to the City in June. We followed-up again today and they have created a work order to fix the issue. If the power is not restored to the lights by Monday, July 25 we will contact Xcel again.
Credit of Utility Bill: The City does not refund the street light charge on your utility bill. The street light charge is not for the lights on your property, they are for the entire street light system that benefits everyone.
Closing of See Click Fix Items: This site is only used by the City to receive requests for service. The Richfield Public Works Department utilizes an internal work order system to track work to be completed. We close the See Click Fix items after a work order is created in our internal system, or when an issue is forwarded to the appropriate department or agency for resolution.

That is a cop out answer.
This See Click Fix, not See Click Take a massage and pass the buck!
This issue was reported several times by several and it was not followed up on. Tickets and work orders should stay open until they are fixed, not until you pass the buck.
Then to your logic EVERYONE in Richfield is due a refund for there share of all the lights out. We all deserve better service than this! There certainly would be no forgiveness if we did not pay our bills.
