Description
The pedestrian crossing signal here is not changing from the red hand to the white walk signal. It's also not counting down either. Each light cycle is just constant red hands. Even if the button is pushed on the signal to cross the street.

I see the point of the new signal cycles but the ALL WALK does not come up nearly often enough and certainly not quickly enough after the buttons are pressed. I've waited three light cycles after pushing the button to cross and there were zero walk signals. Most people just cross with the red hands since there's no point in waiting for a walk signal. The only change now, really, is that you don't know how much time you have to cross the street since there's no point in waiting.
Also, without the No Turn on Red signals working during the All Walk you still almost get run over from cars turning right.
