Description

My next door neighbor (1466) has a huge mess on the driveway, witch he out a fence so is not visible to the street, the window in my bedroom is directly to that mess. He has HAZAR materials in there, is a leak of turpentine and pains solvents along with paint that the fumes are getting in my house and causing us health problems. I have spoke with him to solve this problem but he is not cooperative. This is being going too long (10 years) my health is at risk now because of this. I need immediate HELP
