If the vehicle is still present, call this in to Tucson Police as an abandoned vehicle. The non-emergency line is 520-791-6813 (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) Although it may seem weird to you, you can also call 911 after hours. If you have a license plate for the dispatcher, that would be a good idea to so they can check their systems to see if the vehicle is involved/wanted for any other reason before sending an officer. Best of luck to you.
Now that it is tagged it should be gone by the end of tomorrow. They will tow it. If it's not gone, call TPD back and demand officer contact. They need to be nudged a little sometimes to do their jobs and follow the ordinance that specifically states a vehicle can't be parked on the street for over 24 hours continuous. Crazy it has been there so long that close to the stop sign nonetheless. It's sad others in the neighborhood haven't felt the need to call it in but good for you for staying on top of it. What may seem like a small issue to some, vehicles like this really do bring property values down and contribute to increases in overall area crime. Take care.
