This resident has a lot of traffic cars parking in the street. The house is a nasty mess the home owner is very loud and disrespect to the neighborhood. I the course of the day you see about 20 kids and adults hanging around smoking marijuana drinking gambling on the sidewalk or in the street playing basketball blocking the street with car loud music. Theirs tax paying resident on this block that have become annoying with this conduct. Every morning their trash left on the street . Can the city of Vallejo do something about this home owner and enforce removing of this basketball court to limited the amount of disturbance to this resident !
