This breeding ground for West Nile Virus and Eastern Equine Encephalitis and a half dozen other mosquito born diseases in CT needs to be drained and paved correctly. This is the second time I've put this on See Click Fix. Is there no law or citation or sanction to be applied to this neglectful property owner at 222 Dwight Street? I've included two pictures taken about 12 hours apart to illustrate the length OF time this pool of water remains standing. And two days after later it was still mostly there . I'm sick of walking through the mud that car tires throw onto the sidewalk when they drive through this mess.
How can this possibly be legal? Do something, please!
