Description

Sewer pipe crossing Big Branch Creek at this address has collected storm debris from the stream and is obstructing over 60% of the waterway. Crews normally break up the obstruction by using long, metal poles to break up the log-jam. Obstruction is 5 by 5 feet wide and 3 feet in height.
