Late this summer side walk Ramps, Curb and Gutters were repaired on the corner of W Church Street and N Victor. During this process, workers parked their vehicles and equipment along the E side of Victor in the area between the street and the sidewalk. The city removed trees several years ago that were here, leaving large holes. These holes are much larger now. I am the home owner at 1623 W Church St and I am not sure if this is something the city will address. If not, I would like to know I am allowed to Address the holes and replant trees. I have always thought the area from the street to the sidewalk was city domain. Thank you in advance for any assistance or direction.
