Yard waste must be bundled neatly or placed in biodegradable bags and placed directly in front of your property to be picked up.

I'm not sure whose property it is but the debris has been there since at least the fall. It may even be from when they did cleanup around the pond area. I've opened and reopened this incident multiple times with nothing being done. If it is not going to be picked up then the property owner should be put on notice to have it bundled so that it can be taken away.

I live across the street from the pile and saw the gentleman clean out the small strip of trees and create the pile back around September. I've got some extra lawn bags and if the weather holds up this weekend I will go out there and bag it to get rid of it.
