Description

There is constantly someone parked in front of 3602 Grove Ave during the week M-F. Parking here blocks the bike lane heading west on Grove Ave at a very busy intersection, and also makes other vehicles traveling west on Grove have to merge into the left hand lane in order to avoid the parked vehicle. There should be no parking signs on this block, especially since the business at this intersection has a dedicated parking lot in back of the building.
