Description

Car with no license plates, covered in dirt and with 4 flat tires and a broken window showed up a week ago and has not moved since. I think the owner lives on 3016 Irwin Street, and he keeps bringing cars like this. Please tow or at least put a red card on it. The man is the king of inoperable vehicles and you'll like find more on his property; it is behind the black truck filled with trash. Please do something!
